We’ve ripped up the rule book by taking the best bits from Neapolitan Pizza, using the finest Italian ingredients and methods and introducing them to our sourdough starter / sourced from the famous Boudin Bakery in San Francisco / renowned for making the best sourdough on the planet / Handmade in-house and double fermented for a minimum of 48hrs to generate maximum flavour.
