We named it Tortilla; inspired by the fragrant corn & flour tortillas we used to buy from our local Mexicatessan, which were so different from the bread-y sandwiches here in the UK.
We wanted to break the rules of your typical takeaway with food that was fast, filling, fresh and didn’t cost a bomb. To this day we make every meal from scratch to your tastes – there are literally thousands of flavour combinations to try!
